In case you missed it, there's about 3,300 SF of new public art in Downtown thanks to murals by artists Boogierez (39 Columbia Street) and Jade Warrick TrashKid (45 Columbia Street/viewable from Broadway). https://downtownalbany.org//two-public-art-murals-unveiled These murals were funded by New York State Homes & Community Renewal's Housing Trust Fund Corporation through Albany’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative award, as overseen by the New York Department of State. The works were also made possible through the partnership of Albany Center Gallery, Albany Barn, the City of Albany Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, Redburn Development, and Downtown Albany, New York BID.
