The auction starts when our doors open at 2 pm and will concentrate on professional kitchen equipment, restaurant furniture and supplies. The sale is both today from 2-8 and tomorrow from 11-5 featuring decorative items, art, indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting fixtures and supplies. Auction: Cash or bank check... Chef Salvador and his famous lasagna. Sal has been here for 25 years. He's raised his kids while working here. In addition to cheffing he also takes care of ordering and stocking as the restaurant's steward, a big undertaking to say the least. Today is the last day for Sal's special lasagna, a true labor of love. You won't want to miss this.
