As the NYS mandatory business closure continues, Applecreek has put together an apparel fundraiser to help support our wonderful lesson horses until we are able to get back to lessons. All proceeds will go to the care of our horses. We are selling black sweatshirts with our logo embroidered on the breast and the word Applecreek screen printed down the sleeve. Adult sizes S-2XL and child sizes XS-XL available. $40 per sweatshirt. Please note these sweatshirts are unisex, so they will run large on women. Come join us this Friday December 20th from 6-8pm for our Holiday Party!! Bring a stocking with treats decorated for the horses, and a snack to share with everyone!! Everyone is welcome!!

It started out a little chilly this Easter morning but it's warming up! The horses are all doing good and they sure do miss you! We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during this challenging time.

Our Thunder here with an important update for our barn family. With a heavy heart we have to announce some sad news due to the announcement from the New York State Governor’s Office: AppleCreek will be closed for lessons and to the public as of this evening.... Essential staff will continue the horses' daily feeding, turnout and stable cleaning routine. We will continue to sanitize common areas, shared tools and frequently touched areas to ensure the safety and health of staff who will be on site day to day. We will resume regular operations as soon as the restriction is lifted and are looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Apparently two famous groundhogs couldn't agree whether there would be an early Spring. No worries! Bailey says, "We have all these horses shedding like crazy on the coldest days of February! Go ahead and get your bikinis out!"
