Leave a if you’ve ever felt inspired by Dhyana Masla Get to know her below and don’t forget to sign up for her 100 hour Ayurveda Training with Syama Masla starting Oct 24th! http://bhakticenter.org/100-hour-foundations-of-ayurveda/... Q:What inspires you on your spiritual path? A:It literally feels like the only way to live - a life where I can continuously show up to practice living and loving more deeply. Though when I’m feeling disconnected, some things that help me reconnect are listening to Radhanath Swami lectures or kirtan, my husband’s devotion, time with Mother Nature, and self-care. Q:How has becoming a mother shifted how you walk your path? A:Phew! Becoming a mama has shifted everything. Literally, everything. The love that I feel for my little boy ... it’s unreal. It reminds me of the love that I’ve learned God has for each one of us: there is absolutely nothing he could do to make me not love him. I would do anything for him. His happiness is my happiness, and when he’s frustrated or upset ... I feel it deeply! I think Krsna gave mamas such a gift. We get to experience this profound love, a taste of Bhakti. And when I remember that God is within his heart, and loving him like this is what I am meant to be doing ... it’s such a beautiful spiritual path Q: What’s a dish that’s not Ayurvedic, but you wish was (so, you know, you could eat it more )? A:Hahhaha. I’m not going to go too much into my Ayurveda philosophy.. but those who have studied with me know that everything is Ayurvedic, because everything we can perceive through our senses is made up of matter. Ayurveda is the study of matter as it pertains to the soul. So it is just a matter of understanding how different things affect You. Does it bring you closer to a state of balance? Or does it move you towards dis-ease. Though all of that aside... it would be wonderful if matcha would balance me:) #ayurveda #lifestyle #health #inspire #ayurvedalife #ayurvedahealing #wellness #care #selfcare #balance #mothers #motherslove #ayurvedamama #yoga #yogalife #yogalifestyle #sisterscience #bhakti #bhaktiyoga #bhakticenter #bhakticenternyc #learn #healing #spiritualpath #spiritsoul #learning #growing #community #connect #together

Tag 3 friends to remind them they’re not alone and that they have access to a Divine shelter through the power of Kirtan Share in the comments, share this post, and let other people know your experience of this sacred practice. ... We are so grateful to have Braja Sakhi Devi Dasi back in New York sharing Kirtan with all of us and for sharing her beautiful reflection of what Kirtan has meant in her life. Check it out below: Kirtan is my pillar of strength, my anchor in the most challenging times and also something that I gravitate towards when I’m feeling joyful and at peace. At the end of the day it’s always something that I find myself resorting to. No matter the external circumstances, I know it always provides me with shelter. Kirtan has always been a transformative experience in my life. I’m a firm believer that it has the power to change anyone’s life and the only qualification we need is to have an open heart and to be able to really listen. Kirtan literally means to give praise. It’s a call and response. And when we hear a kirtaniya’s call, if we gather everything we got and try to just hear without any kind of expectation or judgement with an open heart, and when it’s our turn to respond, if we pray with all our heart to give us that shelter, that love which we’re all hankering for, we can actually hear the holy name speak to us. That’s when the transformation of the heart happens, that’s when we can tap into our eternal connection with the Divine. My prayer is that everyone gets the chance to connect to the holy name through kirtan and have a first hand experience of the supreme power, beauty, compassion and ultimately the love which we’re all looking for. #kirtan #kirtanfamily #uplifteachother #yogaprocess #yogaasawayoflife #kirtanmeditation #musicalmeditation #mantra #mindonmymantra #rooftopkirtan #happy #chantandbehappy #thatsmile #meditation #yoga #yogis #kirtanfamily #highervibrations #higherfrequency #elevateyourconsciousness #consciousrevolution #selftransformation #innertransformation #bhakti #bhaktiyoga #bhakticenter #bhakticenternyc #wisdom #spiritualreflections

Leave a or a if you resonate with Brajarani and her feelings about spiritual home We asked her to share a little about herself and her service at the Bhakti Center in this week’s Getting To Know You post. ... Q: How long have you been connected to the Bhakti Center? A: 3+ years Q: Tell us about your service? A: I’m engaged in quite a few services so I’ll highlight the most important one to me which is Soul Spot - the Bhakti Center community engagement program. Our aim is to share Bhakti with NYC in creative ways including Kirtan in Washington Square Park and sharing books on meditation and yoga philosophy. Through this we are able engage other community members in service and invite more people into the Bhakti Center family. This has been growing in such a beautiful way this summer. Introducing people to the philosophy in times like these is amazingly rewarding, connecting soul to soul, one person at a time. Q: How is the Bhakti Center your spiritual home? A: This is a community of beautiful souls with a shared goal - Love and service to the Supreme and to each other. And that shared goal creates a supportive, love-centered community. What’s better than that? Q:Whats your favorite coloro heart emoji? A: It’s hard to choose between blue and orange. #family #community #meetourteam #meetourfamily #sharing #personal #smiles #love #service #lovingservice #bhakti #bhaktiyoga #bhaktifamily #bhakticenter #bhakticenternyc #yogaphilosophy #meditation #sharingwithothers #connecting #connectingwithothers #findingjoy #findinghappiness #sharingjoy #sharinghappiness #yogafamily #kirtan #gettingtoknowyou #soultosoul #soul #spirituality
