Ancient cacao bars are inspired by a trip to the Chiapas region in Mexico where chocolate is still made traditionally by roasting and grinding cacao beans by hand. We remain loyal to the tradition by using high quality cacao beans, raw sugar, milk powder, vanilla beans and spices.
