St. Bonaventure-St. Benedict the Moor 30.11.2020

My dear precious Jesus, I did not mean to take your place, I only bring toys and things and you bring love and grace. People give me lists of wishes and hope that they came true; But you hear prayers of the heart and promise your will to do. Children try to be good and not to cry when I am coming to town;... But you love them unconditionally and that love will abound. I leave only a bag of toys and temporary joy for a season; But you leave a heart of love, full of purpose and reasons. I have a lot of believers and what one might call fame; But I never healed the blind or tried to help the lame. I have rosy cheeks and a voice full of laughter; But no nailscarred hands or a promise of the hereafter. You may find several of me in town or at a mall; But there is only one omnipotent you, to answer a sinner’s call. And so, my dear precious Jesus, I kneel here to pray; To worship and adore you on this, your holy birthday. See more

The Feast of the Immaculate Conception! Many Christian communities around the world annually observe the Feast of the Immaculate Conception today on December 8. This day is a holy day of obligation in which many Christians, particularly Catholics attend special Mass for this occasion! Luke 1:48 - For He took notice of his lowly servant girl, and from now on all generations will call me blessed.

A year to honor St. Joseph. And a lovely new prayer, from Pope Francis: "Hail, Guardian of the Redeemer, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary. To you God entrusted his only Son;... in you Mary placed her trust; with you Christ became man. Blessed Joseph, to us too, show yourself a father and guide us in the path of life. Obtain for us grace, mercy, and courage, and defend us from every evil. Amen."

No matter how many times the teeth bite the tongue, they still stay together in one mouth. That's the spirit of FORGIVENESS. Even though the eyes don't see each other, they see things together, blink simultaneously and cry together. That's UNITY." May the Lord grant us all the spirit of forgiveness and togetherness. 1. _''Alone I can 'Say' but together we can 'talk'. 2. _"Alone I can 'Enjoy' but together we can'Celebrate. 3. _'Alone I can 'Smile' but together we can ...'Laugh'. *That's the BEAUTY of Human Relations. We are nothing without each other STAY CONNECTED!! *QUOTE OF THE DAY* The razor blade is sharp but can't cut a tree; the axe is strong but can't cut the hair. *MORALS* Everyone is important according to his/her unique purpose, Never look down on anyone unless you are admiring their shoes.
