Christmas time is here! Last week students enjoyed several DIY crafts making coasters, trivets, sugar scrub, and popsicle stick ornaments. (Potential holiday gifts for their family!) This week we continued our Christmas spirit in painting, cinnamon apple sauce ornaments, reindeer ornaments, and having fun out in the snow! ... As you and your family are enjoying this holiday season, remember the true meaning of Christmas, and why we are celebrating. We wish you joy and peace through this holiday season. Students at FoundationsEDU got to experience what it would be like to be a spy and sneaky like Santa. We ended the week by getting into some Christmas activities! (Spy week was 1st week of December)

REMINDER! We are collecting items through Friday, December 11th for the refugees that Tom and JoAnn Richards work with in Syracuse. These are resettled refugees, who leave behind so much in order to find hope. Please consider donating and providing that piece of hope during this Christmas season. ... This week the students at FoundationsEDU are completing a time capsule project! Things included in this activity are: daily journal entries to practice writing, all about me worksheet, learning about the COVID-19 virus, quarantine life, and more! I have added some pictures below as a preview. Journal entries included are geared towards both younger grades (k-2) as well as older (3-8).
