Two years ago I was a solo entrepreneur finishing up a 3 week remote working excursion in Costa Rica. On my last morning while sipping coffee and overlooking the Arenal Volcano I couldn’t help but realize that I wanted something more. I came back with the decision to grow a team and scale the company. While this time of year is now spent preparing yearly reviews, reviewing benefits and planning for the next year, I couldn’t be happier. Building a team and watching them grow is one of the most rewarding things in my life and I couldn’t be more excited for the future.
