Tap water has chlorine (to kill unwanted bugs but it can affect the gut flora) and Fluoride. Drink only if you do not have any other options. If you drink a lot of water yet still feel thirsty, take 1 tablespoon or a shot of olive or coconut oil a day. Bottled water is next best. Consider minimizing your consumption of things that are in contact with plastic, both for your health and sustainability of the planet.... Invest in this 2021 for a 3 or more stage water filter system. Ideally it will remove the Fluoride, Chlorine and go down to 99 % microns for parasites like Giardia. Do you feel you drink enough water? Do you know how much water to drink a day? It might be helpful to ask why we don't know or look outside of ourselves for guidance. Often because we have been educated to disconnect from our inner guide to thirst. We do not hear the message from our cells for hydration.... In this 2021 our wish is you learn to reconnect to your inner guide of hydration. For a while we recommend to experiment these suggestions for 1-3 days a week. Drink water at room temperature or warm to hot. Ice water 'freezes' your stomach and it has to warm the water up to absorb it. When you want to snack or eat something sweet, check when you last drank water and try drinking a glass first.
