It saddens us to announce the retirement of Dr Kathleen Stoeckel. She will work until the end of Summer. Dr Stoeckel has been an integral part of Child Health Care Associates for the last 35 years. Her contributions will always be valued and remembered. Her hard work, commitment, and dedication are worthy of admiration. Dr Stoeckel will be greatly missed. On behalf of everyone at CHCA, we would like to wish her the best of luck.

Updates from our office: We are still only booking well visit appointments in our Liverpool office, and acute appointments in our East Syracuse office. When you come for an appointment to either office, please wear a mask/ face covering. Upon arrival please text our text line to let us know you are here. Our text line is used ONLY for appointment arrivals and is only on between 8am and 5pm. It is not meant for any other forms of communication. If you have a question or c...oncern, please call our main phone number. The text line for Kirkville appointments is 315-415-1593. The text line for Liverpool appointments is 315-622-8073. We have decided to temporarily turn our phones over to our answering service at 5pm as opposed to our usual time at 6pm. You will still be assisted as normal! We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!!

Office Updates: Beginning tomorrow (Wednesday March 18, 2020), all sick appointments will be scheduled only in our Kirkville road office, and all Well child visits and non acute appointments will be scheduled in our Liverpool office. If you have an appointment in either of our offices, please text us from your vehicle (at the number below) with your child's first and last name to let us know when you have arrived. A nurse will then call you when your exam room is ready (ple...ase remain in your car until then). We are doing our best to eliminate use of the waiting rooms to avoid any possible exposures to our patients. For ALL appointments, we are requesting ONLY the parent and patient(s) come to the office for the visit (no well siblings, grandparents, extra visitors). If you have a Well Child visit scheduled, and your child is sick, please call the office to reschedule your Well Child check, and set up a sick appointment instead. If you are coming to the Kirkville Road office for a sick appointment, we are encouraging ALL sick patients show up to the office with a surgical mask if they have one or something to cover potential droplet contamination (scarf, bandana etc.). We will provide an ear loop mask at the door to those who do not show up to the office with any of the above. The text line for Kirkville appointments is 315-415-1593.
