To Our Valued Clients, We could have never imagined what this year was going to bring. For all of us, it has been met with so many challenges, frustrations, anxiety, fear, and loss. 2020 has left us all very weary. But we are Buffalonians. We push through and keep fighting. It’s in our blood. With that being said, we are happy to re-open our salons and spas again. We will open all locations on Monday Dec. 14, 2020. Many of you have had appointments in the temporary l...ocation, in Boston NY, for this week. You will be receiving a call from our team telling you where your appointment is for this week. We apologize for any confusion this has caused, but we want to get back to our own locations ASAP. (Any appointments scheduled for Sunday 12/13/2020 will still be in the Boston location) If you do not receive a confirmation call for any future appointments you may have, please call the location to confirm that appointment. We are receiving a very high call volume right now and we ask for your patience as we work through this process. We will continue to meet the highest standards of safe and sanitary conditions that we always do. We ask that you continue to wear a mask for all appointments, and should you feel ill, please re schedule your appointment. We will also continue to take your temperature when you enter the salons/spas for insured safety. We are humbled and grateful to you are clients, for your continued support and encouragement.
