Fire suppression system is connected & cooking equip ready to be put in place..... Got a couple of inspections to clear(first one tomorrow), a deep cleaning of everything, supplies/ingredients to be delivered, menus to be created, a little more renovating, etc. We are targeting opening sometime mid to late next week, just because I try to open earlier each year. 2015 we opened June 30th, 2020 was March 20, so going to try and beat that by a week or 10 days.... Lots of new features this year, including delivery of groceries alongside delivery of prepared foods. That's all the updates for today. February is behind us, Yay!!

Making progress feels good...the hood is in, tomorrow will be repairing the wall and then adding a fire barrier on the wall behind the hood. I know winter is still here, but can you feel it starting to ever so slightly lose its grip? Days are getting longer, and I cant wait for the snow to melt so we can start landscaping and redesigning the outside. Lots of seeds are also started.... tomatoes, peppers, swiss chard, kale, broccoli, lettuce & spinach...two of this year's goals are to put the freshest greens and veggies on the subs & sandwiches & to create one of the best outdoor dining experiences available.

Hey peeps...The exhaust on the outside is just about done....making progress inside too:) We're experimenting with our menu and can hardly wait to share the results with all of you. It'll be your choice of takeout or outside dining....seating by the creek...... between the greenhouses.... under the awning. ... It's all so exciting and delicious and fun. Also, my pants dont fit like they did before. Once the subs/wings/other items are perfected, we are considering pizzas as well:)

CSA prices modestly increased this year....our input costs are going up, and we have to factor this in to pricing. Please note, the increase is under 10% and this is the first price increase our CSA has ever added! Imagine the strawberry shortcake, corn on the cob, crunchy cucumbers & lettuce, juicy tomatoes, sweet peppers, grilled zucchini, eggplant parmesan, tender beets & swiss chard, blueberries for breakfast.....I could go on and on and on..... Lastly, Our renovations are moving forward and we expect to start slinging wings and subs and more shortly. The delivery of our kitchen hood and exhaust system took longer than anticipated.....But - we are back on track renovating and looking forward to a great 2021.

We'll be reopening as soon as we get the new doors, exhaust hood and ansul system installed! If the weather is decent, we may open the garage doors and service customers as we renovate. Propane can still he refilled by appt as well. ... Thank You for supporting us over the past 5 1/2 years.....lots of good things coming in 2021.
