There have been no shortage of challenges for restaurants, since COVID laid siege on our city. We have worked so hard to evolve our business, to continue to provide nourishment for our community, and a livelihood to our team. It’s been a time of great innovation, I must say! Even more than that, it’s been an incredible coming together of a group of very special people. We truly have so much to be grateful for. If you’ve dined with us at either of the restaurants lately, you would have seen these beautiful table dividers - an extra piece of caution for our diners, beyond the recommendations outlined by the CDC and Department of Health. Plus I think they actually add some beautiful detail to the (outdoor) dining room!

CHAMPAGNE JULEP champagne. appleton rum. reisetbauer plum. montenegro. raspberry I remember sitting in the garden of Maison Premiere the year they opened, sipping on a champagne julep. It was such a wonderfully thoughtful way to a enjoy a lower proof version of one of my favorite drinks. Our retake is coming online this week at Dante. Couldn’t ask for a tastier beverage for these long, hot, days of summer.
