Yes, it’s true, I retired at 5:00 PM today. After founding Discover New York in 1993, DNY became Discover New York, A Fourth Wall Events DMC in September 2016. ...It has been a wonderful year and creatively fulfilling, allowing me to write 22-weekend packages and over 300 individual experiences in New York City. The team will continue to offer these programs and take good care of everyone. You can reach them at [email protected]. My sister died unexpectedly this summer and it was a wake-up call. After working for 50 years, the next chapter includes spending more time with my grandsons who live in Norfolk, VA, traveling and conducting private guided tours. Some of you may know I have kept my NYC Guide’s license and love sharing my City. In addition, I’ll continue to offer my illustrated talks about New York City to cruise passengers and corporate employees. New York's LaGuardia Airport Change of Service! To reduce traffic and motor vehicle congestion around Terminal B, the pick-up area for all private car services has been centralized within the Car Services, App-Based Rides and Black Car Pick-up area located west of Terminal B. Beginning Saturday, May 20, 2017, Terminal B Car Services, App-based Rides and Black Car passenger pick-up is located on the Departures Level after 10:00 PM. Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Terminal B Car S...ervices, App-based Rides and Black Car passenger pick-up returns to the pick-up area accessible by the Green Route Shuttle Bus. Discover New York's greeter can meet guests at baggage claim and assist passengers to the shuttle only. The passengers will then take the shuttle to the newly designated waiting area to meet their driver. Only ticketed passengers are allowed to take the shuttle from the terminal to the for hire lot. Airlines using Terminal B are: American Airlines Southwest United Air Canada Jet Blue
