As some of you know and others are curious on how I do all that I do; the answer is simple I found breath. I found breath when my days were at the lowest. When I thought there was no way back from a black tunnel I began to walk down. The question occasionally comes up, How did you find yoga? I like to believe yoga found me, but the answer is still I found breath, first. I found meditation. September 10th is the observed awareness day for World Suicide Prevention. Rochester... holds a yearly, Out of Darkness Walk being held this year on Sunday, September 22nd. I have been apart of this walk committee since moving back to Rochester in 2015. Last year, I lead a meditation at the opening walk ceremony to survivors, loved ones and in the memory of those that are no longer standing by our side. My why each & everyday is because I found breath and choose to help others find that same breath. It would mean more than you know to me, to take a moment to donate to @afspnational help be the voice. Link in bio #nationalsuicidepreventionday

yoga | to yoke | to unite | to join together. Today I chose to yoke in the adventure, love and gratitude I have for these two women! Yoga isn’t always about the asanas. It’s about how you choose to show up each and every day. Happy International Yoga Day to all! Cheers to summer! . . . .... #smile #bekind #selfcare #namaste #outdoors #meditate #joy #grateful #yoga #vibes #happy #authentic #yoke #warrior #liveinspired #mindful #breathe #yogi #health #bepresent #foreveryone #activeliving #rochesterny #westernny #rochesteryogisroc #hikyoga #showup #internationalyogaday #yogaeverydamnday #summersolstice See more

Catch me at breathe, Webster as of this week: Tuesday Meditation at 8:15am Tuesday Open level at 9am Thursday Open level at 5:45pm Friday Open level at 9:15am As always keep a lookout & never hesitate to ask when my next Hikyoga adventure will be! Do you ever set small little tasks or goals for yourself? I do. It keeps me grounded and motivated to becoming the best version of myself. My latest goal has been to introduce myself more in hopes to drop the assumption that you know someone just from what you see on social media. SO! My name is Donna Nupp (yes no K before the N in my last name) I am entrepreneurial spirit that loves being a part of community and truly getting to know a person for who they are. If my user...name is not already a big assumption builder I carry a strong passion in the practice of yoga. I discovered yoga on my journey towards living a healthier more mindful lifestyle. With all the twist and turns that life can convey, yoga brought a consistency to my day to day tasks. A consistency that allowed for time devoted to learning more about myself, a time for healing and time to create constant repetition of positive energy. It was then (3 years ago now) that I knew I wanted to teach others to feel all the benefits of yoga that I do. With the support of my friends, family and the true knowledge I gained of knowing my strengths and weaknesses. Only 8 short months ago, I said goodbye to my corporate career and followed the path of what truly brings a smile to my face each and every day. Before this post turns into a 25 year olds’ biography. I will leave you on a cliff hanger until next Monday! Cheers! P.S this is a photo of me spreading my passion for Hikyoga in Cleveland, OH this past weekend with @helloyogagirl What is @hikyoga ? Maybe a post for next Monday or a simple click in my profile bio will do the trick too! #meetmemondays
