Just a quick follow up to our letter to the Slip Holders: Regardless of the current health and economic circumstances, the Marina (basin, fuel dock and launch ramp) is scheduled to open on May 1st. I’ve been informed of some misinformation circulating on other online forums, so I just wanted to set the record straight. Looking forward to see everyone at a safe distance. Thanks-... Good morning boaters! By now we all are aware that the Tall Ships will be here from July 4-7. The Coast Guard has issued the following Notice to Mariners:

Due to the size and scope of the Tall Ships Festival. A security directive was issued requiring the marina to restrict all vehicular traffic onto the premises beginning at 10pm on July 3rd up until 6am July 8th. Pedestrian traffic is still welcome and encouraged to come and enjoy the Independence Day holiday and Tall Ship Festival.
