Ms. Fox, I am writing to tell you about the excellent job your employee Pete did on my move from Lowville, New York, to Richmond, Virginia. Pete was in charge of 2 other employees and supervised the packing and moving of my furniture and many boxes on August 9th, 2019, from Lowville to Richmond He was an excellent supervisor and kept on top of everything that needed to be moved and wrapped, He took care of wrapping my kitchen appliances, utensils, dinnerware (plates, cups,... glasses, other kitchen supplies), as well as an antique glass lamp from my dining room, My move from Lowville to Richmond went to a storage unit. Pete was there with another employee to unload my items from the truck to the storage unit, Pete took great care in being sure everything was unpacked and stored carefully. He was very easy to deal with, which is something I did not encounter when I first moved from New Jersey to New York with another moving company, When I finally moved my things out of storage in February, the movers here commented on how nicely everything had been unloaded and packed, Everything arrived at my new address in Glen Allen, Virginia, in PERFECT condition. Not one item was broken or cracked. Pete took such good care to meticiously wrap each glass and plate carefully The glass lamp was in perfect condition and was wrapped very carefully. You have an excellent employee in Pete and I want to be sure you are aware of this and value him as a great and loyal employee.
