Property consists primarily of poles with some mature timber. Species composition is largely Yellow Poplar, Black Cherry, Mixed Oak, and Maple with Hickory and Aspen are scattered throughout. Access to the property is off Armstrong Rd. South of RT27 through a green cattle gate. In most areas the canopy is closed with small pockets of openings created by grapevine.
