Who here feels like they could use more veggies in their diet? When possible, I try to pack veggies in to EVERYTHING Some of these are pretty obvious. Others, maybe not so much. Blending veggies into a sauce or baking them into bread is a fun and delicious way to get another serving of veggies in your day.... I get it - not everyone wants to eat a salad every day (I mean, the options are endless so why wouldn't you?). They're not the most convenient sometimes when we're on the go.
