Dear Parents and Guardians of Students in Grades 6-12, I hope this note finds you and your families well. As we continue to face a challenging 2020-2021 school ...year, due to the COVID-19 crisis, I want to share information with you regarding our Full Virtual Learning Model for the Junior/Senior High School. Our BRCS Hybrid Model has worked very well for our students, faculty and staff this year. Unfortunately, at this time we need to temporarily shut down the school and enter a full virtual learning model. We have been pro-active in anticipating this scenario. Administration, school counselors and teachers have worked together to create a full virtual learning schedule for each grade level 6-12. To view your student’s grade level virtual schedule, please go to the BRCS website, go to the parents section at the top of the page, go to the 9th drop down titled, BRCS 6-12 Full Virtual Schedule. (Here's the direct link: https://www.brcs.wnyric.org/domain/171) Simply select your student’s grade level and you will see the virtual schedule for the entire week. Classes are listed with their Zoom/live streaming time. Some lessons may also be delivered as audio lessons. Families who have poor internet service, or no internet service at all, will receive their student’s academic materials on a District provided flash drive. If your student needs a flash drive, please call the Main Office at (585) 928-2901 to request one. We will continue to put the safety of students, families, faculty and staff first. We will all get through this difficult crisis together as a school community. If you have questions about your student’s virtual schedule please call the Guidance Office or the Main Office.
