Been going strong since 5 am looks to be one of the best briskets done yet!!!
Finally after two seasons of bbq goodness I took the time and got the pit all cleaned and beautified!!!
Competition style whole hog this weekend! Turned out pretty darn good for a first time try
This pit and the pit master have been extremely busy this week. Started with a 300 lb pig and 100 halves of chicken for a wedding, followed by Sunday dinner with 50 quarters of chicken, deep fried corn on the cob, 5 lbs of fries and 5 lbs of tator tots. Thursday 8/2, 50 halves of chicken 5 lbs smoked mac and cheese, baked beans, broccoli salad and snoked deviled eggs. And tomorrow there will be over 200 halves of chicken being cooked hope everyone is having as good of a week as Getting Sauced BBQ!!!
