Happy Thanksgiving! It has certainly been a unique year but we have a lot to be grateful for!

Crisp cool mornings make for beautiful sunrise photos. We will be at the farm this weekend (some of the welcoming committee pictured below) and are happy to get orders ready for pick up at the farm. Great weekend to visit some of our neighbors hicks for apple picking, Gardenworks for raspberry picking, get a few cold brews at R.S Taylors, then head to the farm for the perfect cut of meat for dinner tonight! Thanksgiving might look a little different this year but no matter your Thanksgiving day spread, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for at the Saratoga Farmers Market tomorrow! You can find us there with roasts, chops and shanks for that special main dish as well as ground veal and cutlets for that great meaty appetizer!

This veal piccata meatball recipe did not disappoint! Complements of Kelley Taylor (recipe in the comments). Enjoyed with strawberry wheat beer from R.S Taylor's of course! Can't forget the salad greens from our garden topped with strawberries and the most delicious Feta from Moxie Ridge Farm!

The newest addition... Gusto looks very proud of her! New life on the farm is always exciting. Aside from the obvious excitement it also means new names and I love naming the heifers (females) who will one day be in our milking herd feeding our veal calves. This pretty girls moms name is TaTa so I'm digging Tada as her name but open to suggestions?!

As weather is improving and grilling season really kicks off I'm excited to share some of our offerings sure to please any crowd (socially distanced and under 10 of course). We have burger, loin chops, rib chops, and sirloin steaks available. It's going to be a beautiful weekend for a drive. Our cows are enjoying pasture and we would be happy to get any of your grilling needs together for pickup at the farm!

Just re-filled our freezer. If you are still in need of meat for your own freezer we can make boxes available for pick up at the farm. Farm fresh frozen packages of burger, stew meat, steaks, shanks cut osso buco style, cutlets, tri-tips, and soup/marrow bones.
