We passed out cash payments equal to 50% of the usual paycheck to the most affected members of our Kitchen Staff. They were overjoyed with this gesture and deeply moved by strangers coming together and giving so openly. I want to extend a special thank you to Steven Collins and Micaela Saxer, both of whom have helped me with this campaign.
