So I want to start this off with the sincerest and most heartfelt thank you to all the family, friends, and customers that made IBU one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, thus far. You all have been simply amazing and for that you deserve all the love I have to give. The past 4 years have been some of the best of our lives. We have been proud to serve you and build a community of amazing customers who became part of the IBU family. It is this community that has ma...de our decision to close that much harder. However, come the end of August we will be closing our doors for good. Family responsibilities have become too great to balance against the needs of the business and so now it's time to say goodbye. We will always cherish the moments we had with our IBU family and friends and we wish you all health, happiness, and good fortune. P.S. - Everything at the brewery is on sale. All individual cans are $5 and all four-packs are $15. Anything that isn't nailed down or holding up the walls is also for sale, so feel free to ask about buying anything you would like to take home to remember us by. We'll be open Friday and Saturday each week until the end of August. Cheers

So NY State has issued a new mandate going into effect today requiring that all alcohol service be accompanied by food service. This decision by the Governor's office has made it that much easier to make the decision we've been contemplating, and that's to close the taproom and outdoor space. Looking at the insane levels of case resurgence ripping through our country right now I can't help but feel that our industry (hospitality) as a whole has been partially responsible. So in the interest of safety of the community, employees, and customers we are back to to-go only until this country gets a handle on this pandemic. Love you all, stay safe and healthy. Cheers.
