Today marks the cooking of our 1000th mash putting us at a total of 1 million gallons of mash produced since opening our little ol’ distillery in Fairport, NY crushing it! Congratulations to our Master Distiller, Drew Wescott and crew on another big milestone for Iron Smoke Distillery!

Rattlesnake Rosie’s Apple Pie Donuts! We’ve partnered with our good friends over at Ridge Donut Cafe in Rochester, NY to make a limited edition, Rattlesnake Rosie’s Apple Pie Donut to go along with all of this Upstate, NY awesomeness The donut contains all of the flavors of Rattlesnake Rosie’s Apple Pie Whiskey (think vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar / apples) & is non-alcoholic.... The donut will be available today through Sunday (10/11) at Ridge Donut Cafe. Fancy!

Bottled batch 34 this week! We let a couple of these bad boys take a quick peek at the glorious Fall sun for a second after aging in the darkness for all those years before boxing ‘em up. Just a peek.

Dumping a gloriously aged batch for another limited fall release of our 120 proof CASKet Strength today here at our farm distillery in Fairport, NY. Master Distiller, Drew Wescott hand-picks each barrel, and then this liquid goodness is hand filtered to weed out the triple charred wood from inside the barrel and then its bottled, hand-signed and numbered all killer no filler!
