A full load of hot asphalt in the bed of a truck with a major fuel leak causing air in the fuel system and the engine to shut down. We went onsite to diagnose the issue and determined that an injector fuel line vibrated loose. We had to remove all of the units valve covers to gain access to the injectors in order to make the repair and prime the engine. Emergency road service to repair a van unit that had a hydraulic system failure while an operator was in the air. We arrived on scene to find the boom was over rotated causing tge hoses to rupture and the main hydraulic filter to burst. We are looking for qualified diesel technicians who have experience working with most, or all of the following: Welding and Fabrication, Heavy Trucks and trailers (Class 4-8), Construction and Heavy Equipment, including but not limited to the following: Skid steers, Excavators, Ar...ticulating Lifts, Box and Bucket Trucks, Trailers, Hydraulic systems and hoses, Cranes, Emergency Vehicles, Diesel engines and equipment, etc. Experience with diesel engine maintenance and repair is required. We are also looking for experience, at least in one of the following, in addition to diesel experience: 1. Hydraulic Troubleshooting and repair; 2. Air Brake Knowledge to troubleshoot; 3. Electrical Troubleshooting on 12 volt and 24 volt systems. Certifications (ASE Medium/Heavy Duty Truck) are encouraged, but are not necessary. Technicians should have their own basic tools (access to specialty tools is available). Uniforms are provided. We encourage our technicians to be computer literate, and must be able to read and write in English. We also have a 24 hour roadside assistance aspect to the business. Our shop is open during snow storms, and various states of emergency. Overtime is available. We are looking for skilled technicians that are eager and willing to grow with the company and continuously expand their knowledge as we have a wide client base. Emergency service in Oceanside NJ for a car carrier. Upper platform pin bracket broke off due to insufficient welds from the factory causing the entire platform to fall down. We rewelded the brackets and added supporting gussets to prevent a second failure. We also had the help of Racz's Towing. They brought 2 fork lifts and helped get the platform back into position to reassemble it. The driver was back on the road without any damage to the cars.
