BUT The stocks hit the floor like the bodies hit the floor back in 2004, which means there is a Bernie-Sanders-Style YUUUUGE drop in rates. ... Like for real for real? I'll be doing a video later to explain (Arielle Best), but let's get the down and dirty, skinny-mini on it. 2018 - Investment property, 2 unit, purchase. Rate would have been around a 5.5%. NOW: Rate is 4.625%. With no points. That's on an INVESTMENT. Primary residence - you can cut a full point off of that rate, easily mid to low 3's. I'm not going to quote specific loan scenarios all over facebook, cause the loan gods do not like that, but I'm all about a chitty-chitty-chat chat on the phone to give you the scoop if you want a quote on the rate without me hassling you to actually do the loan.
