Profile balancing Profile balancing finesse for my beautiful patient The nose and chin have a special relationship with each other, as their harmony allows them to counterbalance each other. A deficient chin makes the nose appear larger. Here, I made small adjustments to the nose and chin to allow her naturally beautiful features to be more easily seen. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty uses injectable hyaluronic acid filler as if it were a surgical cartilage graft, creating ...lift, contour, and definition of the tissues of the nasal pyramid. While nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an additive procedure and doesn't make the nose smaller, it does make the balance of the nose appear more harmonious and proportionate. Nonsurgical chin augmentation mimics the impact of a surgical chin implant to achieve more anterior projection of the chin. It can be customized to also improve symmetry. These procedures take a few minutes and their duration varies from person to person. In a laboratory setting, filler can last 1 to 2 years, but because it gradually diminishes over time, some patients opt to maintain it at an earlier time point, often around 6 months. With repeated treatments, the duration will continue to last longer and longer.
