Leadership Rockland is proud to share the news that two of our Alumni have recently been honored by Assemblywoman Ellen Jaffee. Gillian Ballard, Class of 1994, and Evelyn Bautista-Miller, Class of 2018, were among the five women honored with the Women of Distinction Award for their outstanding commitment to making Rockland County a better place for all its residents.

Meet the #LeadershipRockland Class of 2020: Kelly Kelter. Kelly Kelter is an Employment Supervisor within Jawonio’s Community Employment Services department where she has worked for the past 10 years. Throughout her tenure, Kelly grew to a Coordinator position overseeing the implementation of two specialized employment programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. In her current position, she supervises a team of employment counselors and job developers who... serve youth and adults with various skills and abilities in preparing for, securing, and maintaining employment. Kelly was led to this career after serving as a summer intern at Jawonio which sparked her passion in working with differently abled youth and adults seeking to gain skills and enter the workforce. She is committed to matching talented individuals to meet workforce needs. A Rockland native, Kelly grew up in Pearl River, NY. After studying Social Work at Marist College, she returned to Rockland where she met her husband. Her family now resides in the Village of Suffern. She currently volunteers as a co-leader for her daughter’s Brownie troop for the Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson and is also an assistant coach to her daughter’s cheer team for the Suffern Midget Mounties.

Meet the #LeadershipRockland Class of 2020: Jody Addeo, MPH, LNHA. Jody Addeo is the Community Engagement Manager for Rockland and Westchester Counties. In her role, she connects with local organizations to increase awareness of the Alzheimer’s Association’s programs and services while educating communities on Alzheimer’s disease. Prior to joining the association, Jody worked in long-term care. She is a New York State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has served as the... administrator of an assisted living program and memory support community. She holds her master’s degree in Public Health and undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
