Attention!!! This is a very hard decision to make. We may have to close our books soon for a few months to catch up, there is way to many messages coming in that we can’t keep up with. We constantly are apologizing for response time, it’s very hard when all social platforms getting messages, emails, texts, calls and website inquiries every hour basis. I love it! But with that, we unfortunately have people that are inpatient and mad with how booked out we are and response ti...me. I work Mon through Sunday without a day off as well as take care of my two boys. I unfortunately can’t respond to messages when I have gloves on most the day. When I’m done with work I spend time with my family. I have help during the week and that is still not enough. People are being very demanding and not respecting our time and effort that we are putting in. I appreciate every single one of my clients very much! And try our best to give back when I can. Always doing giveaways as well as gift certificate deals! (Which I will still be hosting on Black Friday) I hope everyone understands. I know this is a very hard time for everyone. Again we appreciate you so much, and will announce when the books will be closing. Thank you so much!
