HELLO FRIENDS!! We are finally able to re-open this week but with RESTRICTIONS! As per the NYS guidelines for re-opening in Phase 3, if your treatment requires you to remove your mask, unfortunately at this time, this is PROHIBITED until further notice. We are now scheduling clients who are having body treatments and/or eyebrows at this time only. I know you are all very eager to get back on track and we PROMISE to make that happen as soon as possible. Until then, please be safe and well and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We miss each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Hi Everyone! We unfortunately are prohibited from opening up our business during Phase 2 as we had hoped. We are still unsure as to when the state government will allow us to open. As soon as we know, we will make sure to update everyone. ... When we say we miss you, we truly mean it! We can’t wait to eventually get back in the office and resume treatments! Hello Everyone! We are hoping to get the Go-ahead for the re-opening into Phase 2! That’s us! So as soon as we hear that we are able to open our doors,... we will be calling you! Please know that we will be strictly adhering to all the CDC guidelines and also the NYDOH as well. For all of our highly regarded clients: Governor Cuomo mandated that all non-essential businesses, including permanent hair removal clinics like ours, have to temporarily close amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We are saddened by this news and will reopen as soon as we are permitted to do so. As always, we want to make sure the health and safety of clients and staff is our first priority. For all of our highly regarded clients: Here at Lockport Laser and Electrolysis we have always had pride in our standards of sanitation, sterilization and overall cleanliness. Because of the current Covid-19 outbreak, we are taking extra precautionary measures to protect both our staff and clients from getting ill. All surfaces in our office will be wiped down more frequently throughout the day. Our staff already wears gloves during every treatment, and will continue to do s...o. We will be washing our hands before and after every client, and after touching money. We have plenty of hand sanitizer and soap and water available for clients as well. Staff members also have face masks that can be worn if necessary. We are grateful during this time to be a small business where there are not crowds of people congregating, keeping our office at lower risk of transmitting illness. Our staff is being responsible outside of work too. We’re going out when necessary, avoiding crowds. We ask that if you are sick to please reschedule your appointment.
