Hello everyone! It’s time for Thankful Thursdays, a series where we recognize our members for all they do to make our church all that it is. Today, we would like to give our thanks to Brother Rhoan Cassells. Brother Cassells has been attending with us for many years beginning when he and his wife, Sister Melonie, were invited by a friend, Sister Maxine. They had been seeking a church to call home and decided on NTT. What a blessing!... There are many things that Brother Cassells does around NTT. In the past, he has served as the chairperson of the Special Events Committee, has organized our Easter Programs, has overseen Pastor’s Breakfast, oversaw the renovations of our church bathrooms, and more. Currently, Brother Cassells serves as the chairman for our Board of Trustees and a member of our Marriage Ministry. To Brother Cassells, community means friendship, cooperation, and lending a helping hand. What does he love most about NTT? The friendships he’s gathered along the way and the many opportunities to get involved through ministry. Some fun facts: When not at church, Brother Cassells enjoys watching sports, and once loved to watch political content. He was born in March. His favorite color is green. He loves to eat oxtail and red pea soup. Brother Cassells, we thank you for your many dedicated years of service. We appreciate you! #weloveyou #thankfulthursdays
