Excellent first day of classes inside New York’s Finest!!! We were so exited to be back in the school that I forgot to take pictures!!!! All the children did excellent and did amazing with keeping their masks on! Can’t wait for tomorrow. Thank you to all of the parents and families who have supported us throughout this pandemic! We appreciate and love you all!

Hello everyone! After 6 long months, we are pleased to announce that we will resume classes in the school starting this Tuesday September 8th! There are A LOT of changes that will take place due to the rules and regulations passed by the state and city government. We are running at 33% capacity; therefore, we are only allowed 10 STUDENTS PER CLASS. That being said, each week I will have a sign up sheet that you MUST email or text me to put your child down for class. I cannot ...have any student just show up for class. If that happens and we are already at our maximum capacity unfortunately I will not be allowed to have your child participate. I have made a new schedule so it gives all the students a turn to take class in doors. While we are having class in doors I will still run virtual class at the same time so all the students will be able to take class whether it is in person or virtually. MASKS ARE MANDATORY TO TRAIN INSIDE THE TAEKWONDO SCHOOL This is NON NEGOTIABLE as per state guidelines. If you do not want your child to wear a mask they will not be permitted to enter the building. The children will enter through the front entrance. When they come in, their temperature will be taken and you must fill out a questionnaire for EACH CLASS. I know this will seem tedious but as per regulations I must keep a log of everyone entering the school. You cannot just drop your child off! You must wait until their temperature is taken and you fill out the questionnaire. Once their class is finished you can pick them up on the side entrance of the building. Unfortunately no parents will be allowed to observe class in the building. You can watch from the windows or we are trying to figure out a way for you to watch virtually. Classes will only be 45 mins so we are able to clean and sanitize everything before the next class starts. Please if anyone in your household feels ill please stay home. I love you all but I do not want to put anyone in danger if you bring your child to the school when someone in your household feels sick. This protects everyone! My biggest classes will be the Deputy Black Belts and the Adult classes so I have split them up into Group A and Group B. If Group A is fully booked then I will put your child in the Group B class. If anyone has any questions or concerns please email or text me. I am going to start this week's sign up today. Thank you everyone who has continued to support us for the past 6 months, it has been greatly appreciated. We are all family and through this pandemic it has certainly shown! We would not have been able to get through something of this magnitude without the support and love from you all!! Please be patient with us in the next few weeks as this is a new way that we must abide by.
