Niagara Hospice is recruiting for collaborative, experienced health care professionals. We have several open positions that will care for and support Niagara County patients, families and caregivers facing a late-stage illness with a prognosis of six months or less. Current career opportunities include Nurse Practitioner, Admissions RN, Medical Social Worker and NYS-certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). These positions are part of a dedicated interdisciplinary care team that makes a difference every day in helping improve the quality of life for Niagara County residents.
