Erika will be practicing her massage therapy skills in the great state of Texas from january 1st to april 1st of 2021. She will miss all of her loyal clients but she will be back! In the mean time she has procured an excellent, seasoned therapist to take over her clients while she is away. She is very excited about her clients working with this man. PHOENIX RISING THERAPEUTIC IS ABLE TO OPEN Tuesday, JUNE 16th FOR PHASE 3. Every client must bring/wear a mask during their therapy. If you forget yours, we can supply one for you. You must wash your hands before your therapy. PLEASE, BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Text your therapist when you arrive. They will text you back when they are ready for you to come in. Please expect pre- screening questions and temperature taking via infrared thermometer (placed at forehead) before your therapy begins. We may refuse to treat you based on the answers you provide us with. This is all for the safety of our patrons, patients and staff. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU ALL AGAIN!

As of now Massage Therapy is NOT in Phase 2 of New York reopening. We are hoping for Phase 3. July 1st seems to be a safe start date thus far for Phoenix Rising Therapeutic to be operating. New protocols such as mask wearing for clients and therapists, before, during and after sessions will be required. Hand washing and appropriate sanitizing of our therapy rooms will be in full effect as per state regulations. Your individual therapist will be contacting you to set up appointments. Instructions on entering the building will be explained then. Thank you for your business and patience. We look forward to working with you again!

Business safety plan opening guidelines. Massage therapy hoping for phase 2. Your therapist will be in touch as we know more.

From Savarino Properties, who manages the 500 Seneca Building where our office is located (Thanks for doing all you do to keep the building clean and safe!): With Phase One re-opening underway, here is a refresher on the steps we are taking to reduce the likelihood of spread within our buildings: We will continue to practice social distancing with our staff and customers.... Our staff will continue to use PPE while we work. We will continue to screen for illness before completing work in tenant spaces. We will continue to sanitize our work areas daily. Staff will continue to focus cleaning on high touch areas throughout the buildings. In consideration of the State’s Re-Opening plan template (https://www.governor.ny.gov//NYS_BusinessReopeningSafetyPl), we are taking some additional steps: Staff will be screened every morning for temperature. We will have additional signage in common areas reminding folks of the need for social distancing, hand washing, and health screening. We will also have additional hand sanitizer stations in place at common areas in both buildings. Our cleaners will be available to sanitize commercial spaces in advance of re-opening, and to sanitize in the event of someone becoming infected. It’s important to note that we will not have the means to police common areas to ensure that people are wearing PPE and social distancing. We will be dependent on tenants and their guests to take on this responsibility independently. As everyone knows, it will be a group effort. Let’s keep ourselves and our neighbors healthy to the extent we can!

It is with a heavy heart that we prepare for a long hiatus away from bodywork practice with our amazing, loyal, generous clients. We are closed until further notice. We will keep checking voicemails and emails but as of now we do not have the means to do online gift certificates.
