Sharing this from another local salon, as we feel the same way.....So, as of today, NYS mask mandate we, as a salon, are conflicted how to keep everyone that works in or visits our salon safe & healthy. We’ve decided to let each stylist make their own choices how to handle their clients. What this means is we will follow NYS & CDC’s lead to allow fully anyone vaccinated to remove their mask once seated in their hairdressers’ chair, if they wish. We will still require ALL unv...accinated individuals to wear a mask at all times. We each feel undecided or conflicted how to approach or ask for proof of vaccination. Some may ask, some may not. We each know our own clientele. We don’t want anyone upset over these decisions so please respect them and we ask for your continued cooperation. If you have any questions please ask.
