Receta: Encurtido o conserva de Verduras Ingredientes 2 cucharadas de azúcar 1 cucharadas de sal 1.5 taza de vinagre blanco o de manzana 1 taza de agua caliente 2 cucharadas de eneldo fresco picado, menta o cilantro 1 cucharadas especias para encurtir Verduras crudas picadas para llenar el frasco Puede usar remolacha, zanahoria, rábanos, nabos, pepinos, quimbombó, judías verdes, espárragos, cebolla roja, calabacín o calabaza de verano, floretes de coliflor, pimientos morrones, bulbos de hinojo, repollo, tallos de acelga. Instrucciones En un frasco de vidrio, combine el azúcar, sal, el vinagre y el agua caliente. Cubra y agite con cuidado hasta que el azúcar y la sal se hayan disuelto Agregue las hierbas/ aromáticas, seguido de las verduras picadas Empuje las verduras hacia abajo para que queden cubiertas por el líquido. Una vez frío, refrigere por lo menos una hora antes de servir. Coma dentro de 3-4 días . Receta: Té de Sol . Ingredientes Hierbas/aromáticas frescas recién cosechadas como menta, albahaca, cilantro, flores de borraja, lavanda, etc. También se pueden usar 2-4 bolsitas de té. 4 tazas de agua fría Opcional: miel Instrucciones Agregue las hierbas /aromáticas al frasco Llene el frasco con agua Agregue bolsitas de té y cierre el frasco Coloque el frasco en un lugar soleado y déjelo en infusión durante 2 a 3 horas, o hasta que le guste el sabor. Cuélelo. Agregue miel si lo desea Almacene en el refrigerador y sirva frío, con cubitos de hielo y rodajas de limón opcionales. Beber en un día soleado!
