Keeping your body hydrated ! Getting enough water comes naturally to some people, but is more difficult for others. Getting a little creative can help ...you get the hydration your body needs. -Adding fresh fruit (even some fresh veggies) to your water give a hint of flavor. Try citrus fruits, peaches, or even berries, cucumber or herbs like basil! -Eating watermelon is a refreshing way to help hydrate your body AND add some fiber to your diet as well. -Try adding some water to your juice or lemonade. This trick also reduces sugar in your diet (we’ve been doing this for so long that our kids actually ASK for their juice to be watered down because it’s too sweet for them just straight out of the container!) -Make it easy for yourself and link water to other activities. For example, drink a glass of water while you’re preparing a meal, after a workout, or while your waiting for your morning coffee to brew. - When you do indulge in another beverage, make sure to also have a glass of water next to it. We hope thes tips help make it easier to stay hydrated ! Be well!

Scheduling Update: The schedule is now open to everyone! Please contact me directly to schedule your sessions, as online booking is unavailable for the time being. Temporary schedule is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10:30AM - 6PM. It's recommended to schedule ahead, as I'm now booking into mid-July.... *Also: While not included in the expectations earlier, it is mandated to wear a mask during session except while face down with a pillow case draped in the face cradle.
