Important Regents Exam Information for High School Students and Parents

Here is very important information for Middle High School.students and parents. There are three separate images.

During the COVID-19 school closure, the AuSable Valley Central School District is committed to providing free, nutritious meals to students who need our support.... We anticipate beginning home based distribution on Monday, March 23rd. If you wish to request meals during our extended closure, please e-mail us at [email protected]. If you do not have access to e-mail, please call 518-834-2805. In order to assemble the baskets correctly, we need to know the following information: How many students are in your household? Are there any food allergies for the children? What is the exact physical address of your home? Where is a safe place that the food can be dropped off so that we can follow the recommended social distancing recommendations? Currently, the plan is for buses to deliver the meals on Monday and Thursday; between the hours of 10am--1pm. Each delivery will include food for lunch and breakfast to last through the next delivery. **This plan is subject to change as local conditions warrant.** Please share this information with any AVCS family that is affected by the closure. Thank you.

To our fellow residents: Our members will continue to be available to respond to emergencie...s but we are asking you to please follow these precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak. If you are quarantined (mandatory or self-imposed) in your home due to possible or confirmed COVID-19 exposure, PLEASE notify 911 when you call and advise the dispatcher. We ask that you place a sign/note on your front door to alert our firefighters to take infection-prevention precautions before entering your home or business. We need to protect our crews so that they will be able to continue to meet the emergency needs of the community. Elsewhere, there have been entire fire companies quarantined after they have responded to quarantined homes and were not alerted before entering. Those first responders are now unavailable to help anyone for at least 14 days. In our department we cannot afford to have this happen and being VOLUNTEER we do not want to take it home to our families. Wash your hands and be safe. Thank you for your understanding.
