We'll be extending our hours this labor day weekend. We'll be open from 9-5 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tours still going down every hour on the hour (again please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before the hour) no reservations required, but masks are required.

Just a reminder: we will be closed tomorrow and Tuesday (August 17th and 18th) for a private event.

If you're planning on joining us for a tour please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before the hour so you have time to buy tickets, change shoes/clothes, and use the restrooms. This is especially important during the week as we only have one tour guide and usually have to close up the lodge during a tour. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

So we're back open, but due to a lack of tour guides we've had to shorten our hours and change the way we do things. We are currently open daily from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Tours go down every hour on the hour. No reservations required. We do require masks be worn while on the tour and in the lodge. We are also only accepting cash for the time being. Tickets are $18 for adults, $10 for kids 6-12, and kids under 5 are free. Also, we'll be closed on August 17th, and 18th for a private event.

We've had a lot of people asking when we're re-opening this year. Even though as per New York State's opening plan we're part of stage 4, the confined space, as well as the cool damp atmosphere of the cave produce unique challenges to social distancing. We're working on figuring out a plan to keep both our guests and our guides safe. As soon as we know when we're opening again we will post it here.
