I love beautiful design. I love it when people care. When they go the extra mile - because they dare to - not because they are paid to. Because they have pride in their work and are driven to make a difference. It’s not common because it takes sacrifice and risk. But when I see it - I really love it.

Throwback to this beauty on Fifth Avenue. One of my favorite buildings and projects. We converted this existing office building into the best residential condo downtown. And even though we were in the midst of the worst financial crisis in 2009, and nobody was buying anything, we sold all of these homes and broke records, which goes to show, if you do things the right way, you will be successful. #tbt #dotherightthing
