The dog park is closed until further notice. Enjoy all this extra time with your dogs at home, maybe try to teach a new trick. See you all in hopefully late spring!

As stated in previous posts, the park is closed when it is wet outside and in the winter when it is above freezing. This is to prevent another 2.5 month shut down just to get the grass to grow. Please look at the weather station and outside at your own yard to guide future visits. Another kind reminder is that this page is not operated by the Village of Shortsville. Daily updates will not be made. So please check the weather and if your ground is soft and mushy from snow melting that means the park is too. Happy Holidays all.

Park is open. We placed two green rakes in the park for anyone willing to rake leaves to the mulched areas. This helps people find dog poop in the grasses areas. Please help us keep the park clean!

Dog park is closed until further notice. For those new to the park, we close when it rains and gets muddy. We are trying to prevent a two month shut down in the spring due to the grass being completely destroyed in the fall.

The new fish dock and creek entrance are a work in progress.

Gate #2 done. Water project has begun.
