Lightly toasted malt character, very dry, light tart cherry acidity and dark stone fruit character. House Belgian yeast, brett lambicus, lactobacillus helveticus. New Year, New Beer! IPA 17 * 6.4%abv Reminiscent of juicy tropical fruit, mango, lime zest. Soft-ish mouthfeel, light malt character, oats for body.
