Just and FYI.... Unfortunately I am unable to groom cats at my salon as I am allergic. I have had a few people call and ask because there used to be someone who worked with me that does them but she is no longer here.

Good morning everyone. Just want to give an update on how we are doing. Please remember I am only partially open as the girls who are table renters are not able to be in the building as of yet. They work on more of the larger full groom dogs. I am unable to groom cats as I am allergic. I also want to touch base about my cancelation and no show policy. Due to only being partially open I am enforcing these policies to ensure that I am able to service as many pets as possible. ... I require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment or a fee of $20 is to be paid before I can reschedule your appointment. I am receiving a lot of phone calls from people who are desperate to get their dog in so if you are unable to make it please call us so that I can schedule someone to take your place. We have all been down and stressed the past couple months but this video made me very emotional. We all have to remember what we are about and what we want for our future. I want all of my Super Pawz "family" to know that it will always get better if you are the pathfinders and always have love in your heart. Country first! Stay healthy and stay safe my family!

Good Morning everybody, hope your all having a great day. ***Just a quick update** We are doing our best right now to accommodate everybody given the situation. If you feel your pet is experiencing issues with needing a nail trim, Mating, or any other issues, please, when you leave a message, state that in your message. We will do our best to get you in almost immediately. If you feel your pet can wait until your normal groomer Re-opens, Please do so, as we are not grooming for just vanity reasons right now. Additionally, we have spoke to a couple of local salons that are running on a limited basis, we have their info and would be happy to share when you call. Cant wait until life goes back to normal!! Hang in there folks, We got this!!

If anyone wants to know how to help, call or message your local district representatives and explain that at this point dogs are all at least 8 to 16 weeks behind on their grooming and their health is at risk.

I am asking for your patience as I try to get back to as many people as possible. Remember I am only partially open for grooming and can only do a certain number of dogs 5 days a week. I am tirelessly trying to call people during and after my grooming so please wait for a return call if you have already left me a message. Something you can do to help would be to contact your local government representatives to tell them that at this point, after 8 weeks, grooming is essentia...l and that they need to open up salons with precautionary measures in place so that we are not all bombarded with the onslaught of phone calls. Between this weekend being closed and being there today, I have received over 60 calls. I can only do so much. Thank you to everyone for being so amazing about how I have to take care of business. You have made me feel greatly appreciated! With that being said I'm not trying to steal business from any other groomer, so if your dog can wait to be groomed,please wait for your regular groomer to be opened as I'm sure they will need it too. I am asking that everyone please be patient and let me contact the past months grooms that had to be rescheduled and I will contact anyone else that messages me. These are people who would have been over due and I have to back track to give everyone the chance. If your groomer is anyone besides Michelle please be patient and wait for them while they wait for the government to change their decision to allow more of us in the building. Starting Monday i will be in the salon for nail trims to start and then by the weekend I will be grooming. I wanted to start off with the nail trims to take care of all the pups who have been waiting patiently for their nails to be done! I will start calling clients to schedule an appointment for you. ... Clients, pet owners and complete strangers who adamantly love their pets and believe grooming services are important; How many of you would be willing to provide statements or testimony towards why you feel grooming services are very much necessary after a short wait- but not for longer than a few weeks? If so, please explain why professional grooming is necessary for the health, mental well-being and medical safety of your pet. ... I am taking this time to ask my closest clients (and passionate pet owners) to do this and comprise a list of their pets needs and how groomers fulfill them, and send this letter to your local municipalities or local decision makers.
