#Repost @niagaraswimming with @get_repost The Niagara Athlete Wellness Committee is partnering with the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Nazareth College to provide Niagara Athletes with a weekly group zoom discussion. An MSW student will guide discussions with the group (under the supervision of a licensed social worker) to talk about any mental wellness concerns that the athletes choose. Topics may include but are not limited to: strategies to cope with stress/anxiety, improving performance mentality, creating a positive body image, or understanding the impact of COVID-19 on mental health.
