Over the years people have asked for Montreal smoked meat just like you get from..well Montreal naturally. So here it is folks. And it's spot on! Plus remember we still offer our other great smoked brisket too. Just made a fresh batch of maple candy and maple sugar as well. All our new products such as our marinated skewers, Montreal smoked meat, etc will be available for sale at this week's Plattsburgh farmers and Crafters market this Saturday. We will have great pricing on granulated maple sugar! Great for your coffee and baking.

Maple weekends are coming up fast and we are constantly looking for new ideas to keep growing it but we are looking for a team of horses to do wagon rides like we have in the past. (Previous person sold his team) Looking for suggestions/names for people that have well trained horses and are fully insured. Thanks.
