It is Té’s 5th birthday tomorrow! We celebrate our milestone by paying tribute to all the hardworking Taiwanese tea producers. The Formosa Collection is a set of teas that illustrate the steps of tea making. Each tea is accompanied by a brief explanation and a beautiful illustration by @rachelsaloio. It’s getting cold out, and you need a tea on your weekend stroll. We will be reopening our tearoom for weekend takeaways starting tomorrow 10/17. Saturday & Sunday, 1-6pm. See you then!

Ever wonder why high elevation mountain produces delicious teas? Misty mountains mean tea plants grow slowly. So slowly that it only produces a third of the yield compared to sea level tea gardens.
