While repair operations along our downtown seawall continue, the City is working to expand public access to the Hudson River and support the revitalization of our waterfront. On Thursday, September 20, Mayor Patrick Madden and local officials will break ground on the Ingalls Avenue Boat Launch in #TroyNY's North Central neighborhood. When completed, the site will enhance 500 feet of Troy’s Hudson River waterfront to improve access to the waterway south of the Troy Federal Lock and Dam for motorized and non-motorized watercraft. The event is public and all are invited to attend.
