Here is our protocol to keeping the proper distance from each other while at work during Covid 19.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Automotive/transportation IS considered an essential business. Therefore, Upstate Imports Auto Repair (both Syracuse + Baldwinsville locations) will remain open, so long as we’re able to receive parts and supplies from vendors, in a timely fashion.... As precaution - we are ONLY excepting vehicle drop offs (via our key-in-envelope/ dropbox) in order to further protect our staff and any potential spread of the COVID-19 virus. Both locations are equipped w a KEY DROP BOX, located at the front entrance. We do ask that you provide us w as much info as possible on the envelope. At this point, we will only accept over-the-phone CC payments. (No credit card information will stored.) Our ‘in shop’ precautions include; Sanitization of anything we handle inside/out of our clients’ vehicle(s). We are not permitting any personnel inside the building, aside from staff. Our techs will abide by strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines while on duty. We are taking this viral threat very seriously. Our business is comprised of regular human beings (just like you). We have family’s at home, children who we would like to keep healthy. And distant family; parents, grandparents...who we will not be able to be in contact with for an extended period of time, while we remain in public service to our community.
