Tomorrow Army Football will represent the 25th Infantry Division by sporting patches on the back of their helmets as they take on Mercer University here at Michie Stadium. USMA Class of 2023 Cadet Richard Schoenberger, native of San Antonio, Texas, served and deployed with 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division as an infantryman in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinal from 2017-2018. "My favorite memory in my unit was during a company hike. Able Compa...ny hiked up a mountain a few weeks before we deployed and when we got to the top, my company commander spoke a few words about the paratroopers from Able company who were killed in action during previous deployments. After he spoke, he gave KIA bracelets to some younger guys to keep on throughout our deployment and reflect on the sacrifices of the paratroopers that came before us." #TropicLightning #GoArmy
